Summer Camp

At A KINDer World we believe that connecting with nature isn’t just fun for kids—it’s vital to their healthy development. Every August, we invite children aged 9–14 to a week-long wilderness camp held on this magical land. Immersed in nature, our campers sleep under the stars in tents and unplug completely from technology. They forge deep connections with the natural world, build beautiful friendships, and create unforgettable memories.

Our camp fosters kindness toward each other, animals, and the planet while offering a truly Canadian summer camp experience, with activities like paddleboarding, swimming, hiking, and campfires. Through engaging activities and inspiring guest speakers, children learn about compassion, community, and the importance of helping others.

This camp is designed for young and adventurous spirits who can adapt to a rugged and sometimes challenging outdoor experience.

 Vegan Kids Camp

We are thrilled to welcome the next generation of compassionate kids to our unique wilderness summer camp. At A KINDer World we strive to be as inclusive as possible, embracing children of all genders and backgrounds. However, for one special week each year, our camp is reserved exclusively for vegan children.

This intimate, week-long experience offers like-minded young people the chance to connect with nature and enjoy the joys of summer camp—without the presence of fishing or animal consumption. Campers will enjoy delicious plant-based meals while having a blast in a fully peaceful and compassionate environment.

Our A KINDer World Summer Camp takes place for one week in August. If a child you know is interested in joining, please reach out for more information!

Land Acknowledgement

We acknowledge that place is situated on the traditional territories of the Anishinaabe and Haudenosaunee peoples, including the Mississauga, Huron-Wendat and Kanienʼkeháka (Mohawk) Nations who are the original stewards and custodians of these lands. We pay respect to their Elders, past and present, and recognize the ongoing legacy of their culture and resilience on this land. As part of the Upper Canada Land Surrenders, under the Crawford Purchase of 1784, no treaty was ever signed. We promise to continue to learn, listen and challenge the real Truth and Reconciliation in our community.

We are steeped in gratitude to have access to this land, for the ability to protect, cherish and honour the divine beings who reside here.

We consider it our privilege to tread lightly here, using only sustainable and regenerative practices.

We thank you for joining us as we collectively strive towards creating A KINDer World for all.
